Refund policy
At De Laaso, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. However, we understand that occasional mishaps can occur. If your De Laaso item arrives damaged, we're here to make it right!
Returning Damaged Items:
We accept returns for De Laaso items delivered with demonstrably faulty stitching, missing components, or significant fabric flaws. Minor imperfections or irregularities inherent to the fabric or design are not considered damage.
- To initiate a damage return, you must record a video of the unpacking process within 48 hours of receiving your order. This video should clearly show the damaged item, packaging materials, and shipping label.
- Please contact our customer service team via or email within 48 hours of receiving your order to report the damage and submit the unpacking video. We will carefully review your claim and provide further instructions for returning the item.
Unpacking Video Requirements
- The video should begin with the sealed package intact and clearly show the shipping label.
- Proceed to carefully unpackage the item, showcasing the item and packaging from various angles.
- Closely focus on the alleged damage, ensuring it's captured clearly in the video.
- Do not edit or tamper with the video in any way.
Returns Processing
- Upon receiving your damage claim and verifying the unpacking video, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Securely repackage the damaged item in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
- Use the provided label and return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment within 7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the damage is clearly attributable to our error.
- Payment gateway charge (usually 2%) will not be refunded as it's deducted from payment gateway
Partial Payment
- Partial payments made to confirm an order are non-refundable in the event of order cancellation or refusal by the customer. In some cases the amount can be refunded as store credit.
- Customers wishing to cancel their order must do so within 2 hours of placing the order to avoid forfeiting their partial payment.
- Any cancellation request made after the 2-hour window will not be eligible for a refund of the partial payment.
Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled if the customer contacts us under 2 hours after placing the order.

Final decisions regarding cancellations will be made at the sole discretion of De Laaso.
Exchange Policy -
We understand that sometimes the fit isn't quite right! If you received the wrong size, we're happy to offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in non-wearable, new condition with all original tags attached. This means the product should show no signs of wear, washing, or damage.
Please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
Important Notes
- Failure to provide a valid unpacking video within 48 hours may void your eligibility for a damage return.
- Damages caused by improper care or use after receipt are not eligible for return.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
